Avi Ben Avraham - Chairman of the Board
holds a bachelor’s degree (BSc) in building engineering from the Technion, Avi has served as chairman of the company’s board since 2007, served as co-CEO of the company since its inception, is a member of the board of the Contractors Association in Haifa, is a member of the contractors’ committee. Is one of the founders of the company and the owners of its controlling nucleus.
Haim Feiglin - CEO and Director
Holds a Bachelor’s degree (Bsc) in Building Engineering from the Technion. Haim has been the company’s CEO since 2007, and has served as the company’s co – CEO since its inception. Haim is one of the company’s founders and controlling shareholders, as well as an active director of the company.
Ran Ben Avraham - Deputy CEO and Director
holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in American College Los Angeles, Practical Engineer Industry and Management School of Practical Engineers Tel Aviv University, Ran serves as Deputy CEO of the company responsible for the field of entrepreneurship since 2016, served since 2001 as VP of Marketing In the company, Ran is one of the company’s founders and controlling shareholders, as well as an active director in the company.
Adi Pari Harpaz - Deputy CEO
Holds a master’s degree in business administration from Tel Aviv University, and a bachelor’s degree in economics and management from the Tel Aviv-Yafo Academic College. Adi has served in the company as Deputy CEO in charge of finance and business development, starting in 2018, and has served in the company as CFO since 2012.
David Amor - CFO and company secretary
CPA, holds a MA in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from Tel Aviv University and a BA in Economics and Accounting from Bar Ilan University, David has served as CFO and Company Secretary since 2018, serving as Chief Accountant and Secretary since 2009
Moti Luzon - Deputy Chief Operating Officer
Holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in Law Ono Academic Campus, Master of Laws (LLM) in Law Ono Academic Campus with specialization in public companies and entry to the board of directors. Moti has been the Deputy CEO of the company, responsible for operations and execution since 2018, and has served since 1996 as the Company’s VP of Operations
Avraham Harlap – Director
Accountant, Bachelor of Economics in Accounting and Master of Laws (MA) in Law from Bar Ilan.
Serves as a public relations officer at Optra Real Estate and Investments and is a member of the Audit, Remuneration Committees and the Committee for the Examination of Financial Statements of the Hamerman Plant.
In recent years, he has served as secretary of the Lubinski Group and in management and auditing positions at banks
Matthias Greenholtz – Director
She previously served as an external director at Summit Badirgan and a director at Birman.
Holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and behavior from the University of Haifa, and a master’s degree in industry and management from the Technion. Matthias is a graduate of a mediation course, a business management course in real estate and a graduate of a director training course.
