In May 2010, the Directorate of the Company made a decision to adopt a Dividend Distribution Policy. According to this policy, subject to having the Company comply with the terms required by law, including dividend distribution tests that are set in Section 302 of the Companies Law, and predicated the Company meets its financial obligations, current and future, with third parties; the Company will distribute on an annual basis as a dividend to its shareholders up to 33.33% of the net profit of the Company’s ongoing activity per its latest financial reports that were known on the date the dividend distribution decision was made.
